MedicSMART Privacy Statement

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

 

SECTION 4 – COOKIES

Cookies are small, simple text files that are saved on the hard drive or in the memory of your computer. They are not harmful to the machine or the files stored on it. With the aid of cookies, the websites of MedicSMART can recognize your computer each time you visit them. Amongst other things, cookies are used to set the preferences you have entered for a specific service or web page. The websites of MedicSMART also use Google Analytics, which provide us with information on which pages users visit. For Google Analytics, a cookie belonging to external parties is used. The Google Analytics measurement script anonymizes the IP addresses saved in the Google database so they cannot be traced to individual visitors.

 

SECTION 5 – IP ADDRESS AND TRAFFIC DATA

We keep a record of traffic data which is logged automatically by our servers, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device information, the website that you visited before ours and the website you visit after leaving our site. We also collect some site, application and service statistics such as access rates, page hits and page views. We are not able to identify any individual from traffic data or site statistics.

 

SECTION 6 – AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
